I work with women, first-generation individuals, and teens ages 14 and up. I provide individual therapy. I do not offer couples therapy at this time. My clients often navigate cultural expectations, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and the pressures that come with being a first-gen or Latina woman. I work primarily with adults and teens across California via telehealth.
Yes! I'm fully bilingual and provide therapy in both English and Spanish. You're welcome to speak in whichever language feels most natural, or switch between the two, whatever helps you feel most comfortable and understood.
Individual therapy sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. Clinical supervision is available at $100 for a 60-minute individual session or $50 per person for group supervision.
Yes. I currently accept a variety of insurance plans through Headway and Rula. Copays and coverage vary depending on your specific plan. To verify your benefits or check if I'm in-network, you can reach out to me directly or visit my Headway or Rula links.
Yes. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who are experiencing financial barriers to accessing therapy. These spots are limited, so please reach out to ask if any are currently available.
I accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. If you're using insurance, your copay will be processed through your plan.
All of my sessions are offered virtually via telehealth. This means you can access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home, wherever you are in California. You just need a private space and a reliable internet connection.
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's been going on for you, what you're hoping to get from therapy, and any questions you might have about the process. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard and comfortable.
My general availability for sessions and communication is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I do my best to respond to phone calls and emails within 24 business hours.
Yes! I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can connect, you can ask any questions, and we can see if we're a good fit before committing to ongoing sessions. There's no obligation. It's just a chance to talk.
