EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma-focused approach designed to help process distressing memories that continue to impact the present. EMDR supports the brain's natural healing process and can reduce the emotional intensity of past events. EMDR services are currently offered under training and clinical supervision.
Somatic Experiencing
A body-based approach that helps you notice and process how stress and trauma show up physically. By gently increasing awareness of sensations in the body, we can support nervous system regulation, reduce overwhelm, and help you feel more grounded and present.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop more supportive ways of responding to stress, anxiety, and difficult situations. CBT provides practical tools you can use in your daily life.
Solution-Focused Therapy
A strengths-based approach that emphasizes what's already working and what you want to move toward. Rather than dwelling only on problems, this approach helps you identify your goals, build on existing strengths, and create small, meaningful changes that support progress.
Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)
A body-based, trauma-informed approach that helps you understand how stress and trauma live in the nervous system. TRM focuses on building internal resources, increasing emotional regulation, and restoring a sense of balance and safety in the body. Especially helpful for anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress.
