About me
Hola! I'm Flor Sukkar, a bilingual Latina therapist, first-generation immigrant from Mexico, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #108346) in California. I have over seven years of experience supporting women, first-generation individuals, teens (ages 14+), and the Latinx community.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I create a safe space where you can explore your experiences, heal from past wounds, and navigate life's transitions at your own pace.
As the daughter of Mexican parents, my lived experience informs how I show up for my clients. I understand what it can feel like to carry responsibility at a young age, to be the one others rely on, or to struggle to balance your own needs with those of your family.
A Little More About Me
Outside of my work as a therapist, I'm a wife and mom to two little ones. I enjoy traveling, baking, and spending time outdoors.
These experiences help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most. They remind me of the importance of balance, meaningful relationships, and caring for ourselves through life's different seasons.
